Japanese Australian Goju Karate or JAG, is the ancient karate style of Goju which means hard and soft.

We have 2 Dojos on the Gold Coast in QLD Australia.  My teachings come from Goshin Kan Karate in Rooty Hill NSW.

Our founding fathers are Chojun Miyagi, who passed his karate knowledge onto his student, Gogen (The Cat) Yamaguchi, then he to his student Kancho Deena Naidu, who is my teacher.  My name is Shihan Paul Wright & this is our linage out of Japan.  I am 4th Dan black belt.

We never do competition karate as that's more for the ego.  We are all equal.
